ENROLLMENT

• There are no refunds or adjustments made for missed classes. Tuition is based on the enrollment not attendance.
• Make-up classes are always available.
• Dancers are only permitted to register and attend classes at the level a Dance Dynamics instructor has placed them in. No student or parent may promote themselves or their child into a higher level.
• Please notify the studio if your child is going to miss class. We worry about your child when they miss class.
• Please notify the front desk of any changes to address, phone, or email.

TUITION & FEES

• Registration, costume fees, and recital fees are non-refundable.
• Tuition is due the 1st of the month.
• Tuition is based on the number of weeks in the dance year and not the number of weeks in each month.
• There is a $15.00 late fee for tuition paid after the 10th of the month.
• Classes will be suspended on accounts that are 30 days past due.
• There is a $25.00 fee for returned checks.
• Must give notice by the 1st of the month if dropping a class. Otherwise you are still responsible for that month’s tuition.

CLASS PLACEMENT

• Placement in class is determined by Dance Dynamics Staff. 

CONDUCT

• Disorderly behavior is not tolerated.
• Dancers are not allowed to run, hang on the barres, or otherwise misuse the equipment.
• Students are asked to be on time, dressed in proper attire, and remain in the lobby until class time.

DANCE ATTIRE

• Dance attire is required for all dance classes. This allows the teacher to properly observe the students body movements for correct form & technique. Hair must be pulled off the face and neck. Absolutely NO JEWELRY. Dance shoes should only be worn inside the studio. See detailed dance attire for information on each class.

DROP OFF

• Parents are required to stay with students until classes begin. Dance Dynamics is not responsible for students left unattended.

PICK UP

• Please pick up students promptly. Ask your child to wait in the lobby for safety. For their security you must escort your child from the building to the car.

FOOD

• Absolutely NO food or gum in the studio rooms. WATER is OK. Food needs to be kept in the lobby.

INCLEMENT WEATHER 

• The studio will follow the Little Rock Public School District’s weather policy for bad weather.
